Pretty Pink Posh - You Are Wonderful

Hello there! I'm back again to share my last card for April using Pretty Pink Posh products. It features one of my all time favorite, the Woodland Critters stamp set.

To begin, I colored the stamped images from Woodland Critters with Copic markers and fussy cut them out.

To make the front panel, I trimmed white cardstock to A2 size and diecut the top with a die from Window-Frames set. Then, I stamped the sentiment underneath it with a black dye ink.
After, I foam mounted the front panel to a background panel that was inked with Mowed Lawn and Tumbled Glass Distress Inks .

To finish, I added the images to the inside of the frame with doubled sided adhesive or mounting tape. To added some interest and sparkle, I glued on the few of the 6mmSparkling Clear Sequins and 3mm Sparkling Sequins.

Thank you so much for stopping by! I wish you a wonderful week ahead!!
Hugs, Amy :)

Mama Elpehant April Designer Series

Hello everyone! I made this card for Mama Elephant April Designer Series showcasing the adorable Birthday Monkeys stamp set and the coordinating Creative Cuts.

To begin, I stamped the images from Birthday Monkeys and the mice from the Tandem-Ride stamp sets. The two stamp sets work great together because they were both designed by Luli Bunny. I colored them with Copic markers and used the coordinating Creative Cuts to cut them out.

To make the front and the background panel, I trimmed two Bristol papers to an A2 size and lightly inked them with Picked Raspberry, Wilted Violet, and Salty Ocean Distress inks. After, I spritzed them with water to add texture.

I used the frame die from Madison Avenue Creative Cuts to die-cut one of the inked panels in order to make the shaker window frame. I also die-cut the negative with the cloud die from Landscape Trio Creative Cuts

On the background panel, I embossed the sentiment from Scripty Bday and glued on some jewels.

To assemble the card, I adhered a trimmed acetate behind the front window. Then, I adhered the die-cut cloud panel and the colored images on top as shown. After, I foam mounted the front panel to the background panel after adding jewels as the shaker element.

That's it for today. I hope you enjoyed my project and I have inspired you to make some fun shaker cards using Mama Elephant products. Thank you so much for stopping by!

Pretty Pink Posh - Birthday Card

Happy Friday crafty friends! Today, I have a birthday card to share with you using Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Friends stamp set and Hello Friend Script dies.

To begin, I colored the images from Birthday Friends stamp set with Copic markers and cut them out with coordinating Birthday Friends Dies. To make it more fun, I glued on mini pompoms on the party hats.

I die-cut white card stock using the Hello Friend Script dies several times and glued them together for dimension. I added Wink of Stella on top for shine.

To make the background, I used Smooth Bristol paper and inked it with various Distress Oxides and Distress Inks using finger daubers. After, I spritzed it with water to add texture.

I adhered the die-cut sentiment and foam mounted the images to the front panel. I glued on few Sparkling Clear Sequins as well. I stamped "Birthday Wishes" inside a top folding A2 card base. Lastly, I adhered the front panel to the card base.

MFT APRIL CARD KIT RELEASE DAY - STITCHED BLOOMS

It's time!! You can now purchase the amazing Stitched Blooms April Card Kit at the MFT Boutique!

For my card today, I tried something new. Instead of adding the die-cut flowers and leaves outside the shaker window, I put them inside behind the acetate. What do you think? I hope you like it! :)

To begin, I die-cut various card stocks with the Stitched Blooms Die-namics from the kit and layered the flowers as shown.

I made two A2 sized panels with Primitive Cream card stock. With the first one, I die-cut the center using the largest die from Inside and Out Stitched Oval Stax Die-namics to make my front panel. The other one was used as the background panel.

Then, I trimmed two panels of acetate a little smaller than A2 size. On the first acetate, I embossed the word "Friend" using the Anything But Basic Friendship stamp set and adhered it behind the front panel.

Next, I arranged and adhered the die-cut flowers and leaves behind the acetate and trimmed off any parts that weren't showing through the oval opening. Then, I added a few sparkling crystals from the kit and foam mounted the front panel to the second trimmed acetate.

After, I foam mounted that to a background panel with more crystals. Having the extra layer of acetate created a barrier to prevent the crystals from getting stuck all around the flowers.

To finish, I adhered the sentiment from the Anything But Basic Friendship stamp set that was die-cut with a die from Hearts in a Row Die-namics.

Hello! It's Day 2 of MFT Card Kit Countdown! You can purchase the awesome Stitched Blooms kit tomorrow April 24 @ 9PM EDT. I Iove this versatile kit and I know you'll love it too!

For my card today, I used the Stitched Blooms Die-namics included in the kit to die-cut Ranger Watercolor Paper.  After, I watercolored the die-cuts and glued the different pieces together as shown. To add more interest and sparkle to the flowers I glued on some crystals (included in the kit) to the flowers as well.

I adhered the flowers to a trimmed Ranger watercolor panel. Then, I embossed the sentiment from Anything, but- Basic Friend stamp set on Ripe Raspberry cardstock. I die-cut the sentiment out with a die from Hearts in a Row - Horizontal and foam mounted it to the front panel. After, to add more interest, I splattered the panel with black watercolor with a paint brush.

MFT APRIL CARD KIT DAY 1

Hello and welcome to Day 1 of the MFT Card Kit Countdown! I'm crazy about this months' kit called Stitched Blooms. In the kit your will find a versatile Stitched Blooms Die-namics with fabulous array of card stocks, coordinating envelopes and Sparkling Crystals.  This kit is a must have for sure!!

For this Mother's Day card, I die-cut some new gorgeous felts MFT is now carrying in their boutique with the Stitched Blooms Die-namics.  I adhered the layers of die-cut felts
using a hot glue gun.

I hot glued the flowers and leaves onto a trimmed Tim Holtz Distress Woodgrain Paper. On the same panel, I foam mounted the letters "MOM" that I made by die-cutting Cotton Candy Sparkle card stock with the MOM Die-namics. Underneath it I added the sentiment from the All About Mom stamp set.

To finish, I adhered the woodgrain panel to a A2 sized Ticked Pink cardstock panel and then to a top folding white card base. What do you think of my first ever felt flower card? I had so much fun making this card and I think it turned out pretty. ;)
