MFT JUNE COUNTDOWN DAY 4

Hello and welcome to the MFT June Release Countdown Day 4! The new products will be available Tuesday, June, 5th at 9PM EDT. You can view all the items being revealed today at the MFT Blog. Don't forget to leave a comment on the MFT Blog countdown posts for a chance to win a $75 gift voucher.

For my card today, I used the adorable BB Gill Friends stamp set and Aquarium Die-namics to make a fun shaker card.

To begin, I stamped the fish and background scene with Cement Gray Hybrid ink for the no-line coloring look. I colored them with Copic markers and cut out the fish with their coordinating dies. I added details on them with a white gel pen and few Prismacolor Pencils.

To create the shaker window, I die-cut trimmed white cardstock with a rectangle die from the Aquarium Die-namics and adhered trimmed acetate behind the window. To build the fish tank, I used the rest of the dies to die-cut Gravel Prestige cardstock and adhered it to the front of the window.

To assemble the card, I adhered the selected fish to the background panel as shown. Then, I foam mounted (used two layers) the front panel to the background panel. I used Sparkling Crystals as the shaker element.

Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope you'll visit me again tomorrow for Countdown Day 3!
