My card inspired by the fun and bright color palette:

:
To begin, I stamped the little girl from the PI Happy You Day with Milk Chocolate Hybrid Ink and colored it with Copic markers. After, I used the coordinating die to cut it out.

The "HB2U" sentiment was die-cut using the Impact Alphabet and Impact Numbers Die-namics using the Pineapple, Orange Zest, Poppy, and Blu Raspberry cardstocks to match the challenge.

For the smaller sentiment "It's time to Celebrate" is from the Bitty Birthday Wishes stamp set and it was heat embossed on Orange Zest cardstock and die-cut with the Skinny Strips Die-namics.

The white front panel was die-cut with a frame die from the A2 Rectangle STAX Set 1 Die-namics.

To assembled the card, I adhered an A2 sized pattern paper from the Over the Rainbow Paper Pack to a top folding card base. After, I adhered the front panel on top. Then, I foam mounted the sentiments and the girls as shown. To finish, I glued on a few sequins for some sparkle.
