ME STAMP HIGHLIGHT: FRIENDSHIP SENTIMENTS

Hello and welcome to the Mama Elephant's January release Stamp Highlight. Today, the design team is highlighting the Friendship Sentiments set.

To begin, I stamp the image from the Flying with Friends stamp set and cut it out with the coordinating Flying with Friends creative cuts.

To make the clouds on the front panel, I die-cut an A2 sized acetate using the Cloudy Day Cover creative cuts to make a stencil. Then, I used the cloud stencil with Distress Oxides to make the pastel rainbow clouds. After, I die-cut the panel with a die from the Basic Rectangles creative cuts.

I stamped the sweet sentiment from the Friendship Sentiments set onto the front panel. After, I foam mounted the panel to a top folding card base. To finish, I foam mounted the flying elephant with the mouse to the card front as shown. Simple and sweet! I hope you enjoyed my project today.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

MFT AND MISTI COLLABORATION

Hello and welcome to the MFT and Misti collaboration.

I have a fun project to share with you featuring the adorable Cutieasaurus set.

I always start my projects off by stamping the images using the Misti Stamping Tool. I love how it gives me consistent stamping.

After I stamped the images from the Cutieasaurus stamp set, I colored the images with Copic markers and cut them out with the coordinating dies.

I created the white embossed heart background by using the BG Scattered Hearts Background on Neenah Desert Storm paper and die-cut it with a die from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 1.

The front panel inside the dome frame was ink blended with Distress Oxides. The hill panels made with Neenah Desert Store paper and were die-cut using the Snow Drift Die-namics. On the panels, I stamped the grass from the Cutieasaurus with Gumdrop Green Hybrid Ink and added little rock dots with Copic marker.

The dome frame was die-cut using the Stitched Dome Frames Die-namics. To finish, I adhered the panels, the dome frame and the images as shown using doubled sided tape or foam tape.

The sentiment was white heat embossed on Hot Fudge Prestige Card Stock and cut out with a die from Hearts in a Row - Verticle.

Thank you for visiting me today. I hope you enjoyed my project.

MFT WEDNESDAY SKETCH CHALLENGE 420

My card inspired by the challenge:

To begin, I Copic colored the adorable stamped image of the bird from SY Tweet Friends stamp set and cut it out with the coordinating die.

I stamped the front panel with the BG Scattered Hearts Background stamp with Tickled Pink Premium Dye Ink and die-cut it with a stitched rectangle die from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 1.

Using the same die, I die-cut Ripe Raspberry Prestige Card Stock and cut out the strips to match the sketch. I white heat embossed the sentiment from the Sweet Nothings stamp set onto the largest strip. After, I foam mounted the strips to the front panel as shown.

The heart behind the bird was die-cut with a die from the Heart Balloon Shaker Window and Frame Die-namic using the Tickled Pink Card Stock.

To finish, I foam mounted the heart and the bird as shown to the card front.

As always it's a fun sketch! I hope you'll play along with us. Visit the Card Challenges blog for more information on the sketch challenge and for inspiration from the participating design team members.

MFT AND FRIENDS - JANUARY RELEASE

Yay!!! MFT January release is now available for purchase Here

For my MFT and Friends project, I made a fun diorama card featuring the adorable Rainbows & Unicorns set.

To begin, I Copic colored the stamped images from the Rainbows & Unicorns stamp set and cut them out with the coordinating dies. For some sparkle, I added glitter to the small clouds, the fairy's wings, the wand, and the unicorn's horn.

Then, I made a diorama card that fits in a 5 x 7 envelope. I die-cut the opening of the box with a die from the Rectangle STAX 1 Set. The background of the box was ink blended using the Cloud Stencil with Distress Oxides. Inside the box, I adhered the die-cut clouds I made using the Stitched Cloud Edges.

I stamped the sentiment from the Rainbows & Unicorns on Cotton Candy Card Stock and cut it out with a paper trimmer.

To finish, I added the colored images to the inside of the box and added the sentiment to the card front as shown.

That's it for today. Thank you so much for joining me during the MFT January Release Countdown. I hope you enjoyed my projects.

MFT JANUARY RELEASE COUNTDOWN DAY 1

Hello and welcome to the MFT January Release Countdown Day 4! All of the amazing new products will be available tomorrow, January 8th at 10AM EST. Make sure to stop by the MFT Blog during the countdown to see the full reveal.

For my project today I created a cute little valentines day gift bag using the new Friendly Fox Die-namics, Treat Tag Die-namics, Sweet Celebration stamp set and Sweet Stack Paper Pack.

To begin, I die-cut Ripe Raspberry, Pink Lemonade, Black Licorice Prestige Card Stocks using the Friendly Fox Die-namics and assembled fox as shown. I added a little extra color to the cheeks with a colored pencil and white dots with a gel pen.

I made a small gift bag using the patterned paper from the Sweet Stack Paper Pack and adhered the die-cut handles I made using a die from the Treat Tag Die-namics.

I individually wrapped the mini chocolates to put in a clear bag using trimmed patterned paper from the Sweet Stack Paper Pack (see photo above). Then, I added a little tag for the clear bag using the Stitched Tiny Tags. I stamped the words "To and From" from the Sweet Celebrations stamp set with Ripe Raspberry Premium Dye Ink.

To finish, I adhered the fox to the front of the gift bag and added the bag of chocolate insides.
Thank you so much for visiting me today! I'll see you again tomorrow my MFT and Friends project.
